This practice will focus on the union of breath and movement through a sequence of postures (asana) that will flow seamlessly from one to another. We will be working on challenging the body (aiming to increase core strength, balance and flexibility) as well as calming the mind using breathing techniques and meditation.
All levels welcome!

Kids Yoga Class

We do warm up to music, yoga poses to our story.  We then play some yoga oriented games and work on a small breathing exercise and finish with a relaxing cool down.

We are on the dance floor, we move together in unity to the rhythms , we agree to connect and interact and nit talk on the dance floor and we move our bodies to different centres of music where we not only express ourselves but we work on Other health benefits too like strength, cardio, flexibility and we aim to have fun in our bodies, we finish with a personal track and a stillness Track.

A step-by-step approach suitable for all; from beginners to well-practised yogis. Incorporating breath awareness, mediation & relaxation, ending in the hypnotising sounds of the gong. By the end of the practice you will feel relaxed with a sense of calm to take away with you.

This class will be a fun and energetic vinyasa flow with a focus on strength, stability and balance. We will move with our steady cycle of breath allowing us to connect and focus, creating increased strength and flexibility.  Expect options for arm balances and inversions.

YO!GA fuses yoga movements and rap spoken word instructions. The class is choreographed to an ambient hip hop soundtrack and all the vocal instructions are pre recorded.

Burlesque Dance Fitness Class

We will offer a taster session and insight to what a real life class with us is like. We will teach a short routine by breaking down the choreography bit by bit and then having a practice with the music. Our classes are designed to have you laughing and blushing so that you forget your even working out. We will bring sass, class and empowerment all you need to bring is an open mind and humour.

Low impact dancing to 50’s 60’s & 70’s

This class is all about having a wiggle and enjoying yourself. Its a low-impact dance class to 50’s, 60’s and 70’s music, So get your snake hips out for some Elvis, Jackson 5 and Sam Cooke.

This flow will create warmth in the body, connecting you to your breath, as you flow through mindful movements. You will build strength, flexibility and body awareness. This class will be playful, creative and innovative. It is recommended that you have practiced yoga before, or have a reasonable level of fitness, to truly enjoy this energetic practise.

HIIT Class

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is essentially a type of exercise, be it cardio or resistance training. HIIT. alternates between periods of high intensity, and low intensity or recovery.

FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give improved fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.

This class is a ‘layering’ of the sheaths. It draws awareness to the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self, through slow flowing asana (posture), whilst a synchronous bond with breath extension and mantra (chant) is blended together to create an experience of what Yoga is.

Attendees will need to bring a mat, block, strap & blanket.

Guided Visualisation Meditation Class

We will begin by doing some chanting and breathwork to help us ground into the moment. We will then go on a relaxing tranquil journey through visualisation. This will help you to release tension through the body and bring some peace and calm to your mind. Some insight or wisdom may drop in through the visualisation too.

I have been practicing guided meditation for around 6 years and have found it to be transformational for myself. It helps me to find and release tension that I am storing through my body and bring peace and clarity to my mind. Two years ago (over zoom and in person) I started hosting guided meditation groups so that others can have the experience of these wonderful healing journeys.

Attendees may wish to bring a mat plus cushion &/or blanket.

Pilates Class

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s

The benefits of Pilates are increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles

A fluid, rhythmic and mindful flow of yoga incorporating vinyasa, yin, simha kriya, upa yoga, isha kriya, tantra yoga and the basic principles of Ayurveda to carefully link movement and breath encouraging self-awareness, muscle strengthening, blood circulation and cellular restoration throughout the body. These sessions can be meditative and gently empowering for students of all age and ability.

This heart-focused practice is unique to the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism and is rooted in the 1,400-year-old tradition of Sufism. This practice teaches you to release stress, focus, and gain a better understanding of yourself.

Cacao Ceremony

Raw Cacao is a superfood because of its active ingredient – theobromine, “food of the Gods”. This chemical is the highest natural stimulant of serotonin, and is therefore a perfect plant medicine for mood-lifting.  We will sample a ceremony, with a taste of ritually prepared cacao (be warned- it’s bitter!!) and a short guided journey led by Camilla.

I have led cacao ceremonies since 2017, most recently once a month on the new moon.
I have led cacao ceremonies for hen parties and birthdays, in person, in gardens, in woodlands and online.

Grounding exercises, breathing exercises, forest bathing, nature art and gratitude. I will have slings/ baby carriers for parents to borrow during the class in case they don’t have their own.

This class is specially designed for anybody suffering from stress or anxiety. Accessible to all abilities, this class will include a gentle activation, a flowing sequence and a guided relaxation. By the end of the session, the participants will have reached a place of deep calm and wellbeing.

The class will involve a guided meditation to begin, followed by crystal bowl sound healing.  All bowls are tuned to different notes which are all connected to each chakra.  This is a deeply relaxing and healing experience.

Please bring a cushion for comfort if you wish.
