Hiya! I’m Scarlett. I teach in Rainham & Rochester Kent. I’ve been Zumba-ing since 2012- going to every class I could shimmy my butt to! Wanted to loose baby weight. Hid at the back row- ended up creeping my way to front row & actually invited up on stage to demonstrate with the instructor! I joined the team!! I finally became an instructor April 2016- I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes! It’s the best job in the world Every class feels like a party! Have made so many friends. Kate Munden, DipPsych, is a Trauma & Embodiment Specialist and a survivor of emotional abuse and CPTSD who is now thriving, symptom free and living the full life she always dreamed of.. She is and Advanced Trauma Release (TRE) & Emotional Freedom Techniques Supervising Mentor as well as being an Intuitive, Integrative Body Worker & Energy Psychology Professional for over 30 years. She is on the Executive Board of EFT International, and is one of the Founding Board Members of the TRE UK Foundation; both of which are dedicated to promoting excellence in trauma care and training in the UK, and globally. She is also trained in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (EP), a Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of NLP/Time Line Therapy, and Germanic New Medicine. Kate brings all these skill together to help clients rid themselves of the painful sting that trauma leaves behind. Sophrology or ‘dynamic relaxation” involves a combination of gentle movements, breathing and visualisation exercises.
It is a structured method to help you face daily challenges, improve your life quality and restore harmony between body and mind.
Sophrology suits everyone no matter your health condition, physical or emotional state, sophrology is a simple yet effective method which can be tailored to your specific needs.
It is usually practiced sitting or standing with your eyes closed. It can also be practiced lying down or with your eyes open if you feel uncomfortable closing them.
At the end of the session I will invite you to discuss what you experienced if you are happy to share it.

Sophrology has been widely used across Continental Europe for more than 65 years in schools, sports, hospitals and corporate environment.
