Please note these costs are for the 2 day event. Please ensure that you book the correct sized space and that all elements of your stand comfortably fit into the space booked. We do not provide shell scheme or gazebos. You are welcome to bring gazebos or exhibition stand structures to house your space if you wish, as long as they comfortably fit inside your booked space.
There are 2 x exhibitor wristbands for 2x2m & 3x2m stands included in the stand price. There are 3 included for larger stands. This includes lunch & refreshments throughout the weekend. If you require any additional exhibitor wristbands a supplement fee applies. Please note staff/helpers will not be able to gain access to the event with a wristband.

Please note Goody Bay inserts must be delivered to our offices no later than 1st June 2022.

Exhibitor Set Up Requirements
Please be aware you must adhere to the size of stand that you have booked. Should we feel that your stand, marketing materials or additional items that you bring to the fair exceed your pitch size, you may be asked to either remove items or pay for a suitable upgrade of space (subject to availability).
We can supply 1 x 6 ft trestle table & 2 chairs for 2x2m & 3x2m stands & 2 x 6ft trestle tables & 3 chairs for larger spaces included in the stand price. Please specify furniture required.
We require 25% deposit payment within 7 days of booking, followed by a further 25% on 1st February 2022 & balances due on or before 1st April 2022.
Following submission of an online booking form, an invoice will be sent to you within 7days. Please do check your junk folder if you have not received this from us after this time or contact us on 01622 583 308. Once you receive your invoice, your booking is confirmed, and payment & cancellation terms are applicable thereafter. To pay your invoice, please call the office to make a payment by card over the phone or arrange a BACS payment. Full event set up information and floor plan will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event. Payments are non-refundable, however should the event need to be moved due to Government restriction, your booking will be automatically transferred to the new date. If no new date is offered by the Organisers, or if the event is cancelled (as opposed to rescheduled), a full refund will be issued. Please note that upon submission of this booking form you are formally booking a space at The Kent Wellness Festival and if any cancellations are made following this submission, payment will still be due in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
