    Please note these costs are for the 2 day event. We do not provide gazebos & you must bring your own to the event if booking a gazebo space. Gazebos must not exceed 3x3m. Please ensure that your staff are able to construct your gazebo as event staff will not be available to do this for you.
    Please note if providing your own generator these must be silent or quiet generators. You may be asked to turn this off if it is too noisy & we will provide an electric connection at a cost. If you do not wish to bring your own generator, we can provide an individual electric connection for you.

  • Marketing Opportunities

    Visitor guide artwork is to be emailed to us print ready in jpeg format by 1st April 2027. This must be submitted in high re, print ready jpeg format. Quarter page & full page adverts must be in portrait orientation and half page adverts must be landscape orientation. This can be uploaded to this form or emailed to us a later stage. If you would like us to create your artwork, a fee of £75 will apply.
    If you require us to create something for you, we will be in touch to discuss your artwork design.

  • Staffing & Wristbands

    There are 2 x exhibitor wristbands included for all catering spaces. This includes lunch & refreshments throughout the weekend. If you require any additional exhibitor wristbands a supplement fee applies of £45+VAT for the weekend. Please note staff/helpers will not be able to gain access to the event without a wristband.

  • Payment Information

    We require £50 deposit payment with 7 days of booking. Balance payments are due on or before 1st April 2027. Following submission of an online booking form, an invoice will be sent to you. Please do check your junk folder if you have not received this from us after this time or contact us on 01622 587 056. Once you receive your invoice, your booking is confirmed, and payment & cancellation terms are applicable thereafter. To pay your invoice, please call the office to make a payment by card over the phone or arrange a BACS payment. Full event set up information will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event.
