The talk is not solely about cold water immersion, but how the lessons which dipping in wild water and in ice baths bring us and how they relate to our life overall. I have written a book called Life Lessons from Cold Water which hones in on lessons such as 1) Being present, 2) The importance of curiosity, 3) Letting go, 4) Embarking on small adventures, 5) The art of exploration.

I am a qualified counsellor with a specialism in cold water therapy. I have been delivering 1-1 sessions and group workshops in cold water therapy for 4 years now.
